Richard F. Blackwell was born in Chicago where after high school graduation in 1972 he joined the United States Navy. Upon his honorable discharge in 1975, Richard remained in Los Angeles and for 16 years worked as an on air personality for several major radio stations in that market. During that time Richard was the host of 'LA's Great Personalities', a cable television program for 8 years. In 2009 Richard relocated to Wilmington DE. and became the host of the jazz website and Internet program, "Jazz On My Mind". Richard started The Blackwell Solution LLC entertainment company in 2010 where he produced, booked and hosted great live events. Due to expansion Richard has established his new company and is now the CEO of BLACKWELL 360 ENTERTAINMENT, a major entertainment company which produces television and radio programs as well as artist management, booking and hosting of live events. Richard is currently also a radio personality at FM 91. 3 WVUD of Newark DE. 

Dana is from Los Angeles, California, and currently resides in Arizona. Dana is a consummate professional who possesses tremendous vision, excellent management skills, and excels in directing the daily operations of Blackwell 360 Entertainment. Dana is a graduate of the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors’ Degree in Criminal Justice Administration. Dana obtained her financial and administrative experience while working with Comerica Bank for 15 years including serving as President of Treasury Management Sales. Dana also has developed solutions for a variety of industries including agriculture, transportation, manufacturing, education, and government. Dana leverages her leadership and teamwork skills to ensure that all objectives are completed and in a timely manner. As Director of Operations, she is directly responsible for charting the daily progress and financial status of each department along with planning strategies for upcoming engagements. Dana's mission is to ensure that Blackwell 360 Entertainment reaches it goals and aspirations as our team continues to provide our clients with the absolute best. Ms. Lewis is the quintessential marketing director due to her persona, education and experience. Michelle has been a huge part of BLACKWELL 360 ENTERTAINMENT since it's conception. Working directly with CEO Mr. Blackwell, one of Michelle's responsibilities is to keep the company moving forward in a fully positive and profitable direction using her knowledge and creativity. She also assists with producing VIP events, locating new talent and venues, social media connections and overseeing the company's general operations. Previously Michelle has provided marketing and financial administrative support for both K & M Entertainment and Bet It All Entertainment. Michelle developed her background in public relations and marketing while attending Valencia Community College in Kissimmee, Florida. Michelle is originally from Delaware and has International affiliations in the entertainment industry in countries such as Mexico, The Dominican Republic and others. Michelle loves life, being a mother and hosting her popular and informative Internet program, "Night Talk".ent

Mr. Ushery brings over 20 years of financial and administrative experience to BLACKWELL 360 ENTERTAINMENT with his expertise in finance, projected event scheduling and correspondence. As CFO Yoda provides a full range of support to the CEO and support officers. His responsibilities include comprising and reviewing performance contracts, document preparation, confidential file management, processing and distribution of financial records, processing payroll and handling accounts payable/receivables. Yoda Ushery was born and raised in St. Louis. He then moved to Philadelphia and began working in the Accounting Department with Amtrak. After seven years with Amtrak he then relocated to San Francisco where he was employed with Orrick Herrington, & Sutcliffe for 9 years. Yoda enjoys acting, cooking, reading, watching movies, playing tennis, listening to music, traveling and horseback riding. He also loves visiting his family back home in St. Louis.

Briana Harris, aka "Bri Keey" is a millennial media mogul in-the-making. With a Multimedia Journalism degree under her belt, Bri Keey packed her Gucci bag and fled from Florida Atlantic University to the Philadelphia tri-state area with only cheesesteaks and success on the brain! Within a few months she worked her way up to an on-camera hosting position at MyNEWPhilly, a trendy news media outlet focused on featuring the hidden gems throughout the city of Philadelphia. There she worked with fellow creatives to produce ‘Millennial City,’ a popular segment among college students and young professionals. With a strong writing background, paired with a genuine interest in music and its artistry, Bri Keey went to work as an entertainment writer for ‘The New MVMT,’ an online publication powered by New York’s top Hip-Hop music station Hot 97. Here is where you can find hot topic style reports, as well as original recordings of Bri Keey’s interviews with up and coming musicians. Throughout the years, Bri Keey continued her path of becoming a media maven as she seized an opportunity to work alongside notable broadcast professionals and celebrity personnel on FOX 29’s daytime television show, ‘The Q on FOX.’ starring Mr. Quincy Harris.
